What is your return policy?

Each item that you purchase has been made by hand and lots of love, dedication, and effort has gone behind each stitch or knot. I therefore suggest that you make sure of your needs before you make a purchase. I DO NOT take returns/refunds for customized orders (orders with products that have been altered in any way (size, colour, type, and nature of raw materials, etc.) However, for non-customized orders (orders with products not altered in any way by customer) in the rare occasion that your purchase does not satisfy you, I gladly take returns as long as it is initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase and you have an unboxing video of the order. YOU are responsible for shipping the product back to me. Refunds will be initiated only after you submit proof for sending the product back to me with tracking details. Please contact me by email so that we can work out the details.

What is your cancellation policy?

The descriptions of the featured items on the website are accurate and give you a true picture of your potential purchase. I recommend that you read the description fully before submitting an order. At this time, I do not allow order cancellations.

Do you sell threads/yarn?

At present, No. The Yarn Artisan Store sells macramé jewelry. I use yarn for all my work but do not sell yarn separately.

How soon can I expect my purchase to reach me?

I make every piece you order all my myself. Once you place your order and do not need any customization on the item of your choice, I shall need from 1-4 days for making it for you. Once completed, I shall be sending it to you by courier. Depending on your location (domestic or international), you should get your package within 7-30 days from the date of purchase. At each stage, I shall keep you updated regarding progress.

            For orders where customization is required, please contact me so that we can work out the details. Depending on the nature of customization, time required for making your items will change. Larger the order quantity or changes needed, more the time needed for completion

Is customization possible on my order items?

Absolutely. All my products can be made to order. If you love any particular design and would like to change colour, size etc., please contact me by email or phone. We will work out the details (you can contact me as many times as you want 😊). My goal is to ensure your satisfaction.

What are the payment options?

I use RazorPay as my checkout option. RazorPay allows you to pay via credit/debit cards, UPI, Netbanking or PayLater options. 

Do you conduct classes for macramé?

Yes, I do. I conduct online workshops for macramé for beginners. Contact me by email or WhatsApp and we can discuss course details. 

Do you offer gift cards?
