What is your return policy?

POLICY FOR CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

I DO NOT take returns/cancellations/refunds for customized orders and made-to-order items (orders with products that have been altered in any way (size, color, type, and nature of raw materials, etc.). A lot of creator-customer (me and you) discussion goes on before I make such orders and so it is taken for granted that both parties are in approval. Also customized orders ARE by default pre-paid orders and NO COD will be available for these orders.

 

​PRODUCT RETURNS AND REFUNDS

ONLY for non-customized items (products purchased exactly as they are in the website without any changes or alterations needed), in the rare occasion that your purchase does not satisfy you, I gladly take returns as long as it is initiated within 7 days from the date of receiving your purchase. YOU are responsible for shipping the product back to me in the original packaging and unused condition. Once the package is received and quality check is performed, you will receive a store coupon code for the order value minus payment gateway charges (5% of total order value) and product damage charges, if any.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may choose to cancel an order within 24 hours of order confirmation by contacting me at 9930351384 via WhatsApp. A refund of your total order amount minus payment gateway charges (5% of total order value) will be initiated within 24 hours of receipt of the WhatsApp message.

Do you sell threads/yarn?

At present, No. The Yarn Artisan Store sells macramé jewelry. I use yarn for all my work but do not sell yarn separately.

How soon can I expect my purchase to reach me?

The Yarn Artisan Store is your go-to store for handmade macramé jewellery. We have partnered with best shipping and logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time. 

ORDER DISPATCH

At the Yarn Artisan Store, orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3 working days. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

For orders that require product customization (like change in colour, beads etc.), order dispatch can take up to 5 working days depending on the type of product (bracelets, earrings, or necklace sets). I will be in touch with you via WhatsApp on a regular basis during this time and will be providing daily updates on the work done so that you can see your jewellery come to life.

ORDER TRACKING

Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order. 

ORDER DELIVERY

Our logistics partner usually delivers the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID. 

SHIPPING CHARGES 

The Yarn Artisan Store offers free shipping for all prepaid orders within India. Shipping charges/Cash-handling charge of ₹100 is applicable for all COD orders within India. 

Is customization possible on my order items?

Absolutely. All my products can be made to order. If you love any particular design and would like to change colour, size etc., please contact me by email or phone. We will work out the details (you can contact me as many times as you want 😊). My goal is to ensure your satisfaction.

What are the payment options?

I use RazorPay as my checkout option. RazorPay allows you to pay via credit/debit cards, UPI, Netbanking or PayLater options.

I am also in the process of getting COD option through my shipping and logistics partner.

Do you conduct classes for macramé?

Yes, I do. I conduct online workshops for macramé for beginners. Contact me by email or WhatsApp and we can discuss course details. 

Do you offer gift cards?

At the present no. But, for every major festival, I always have discount sales going on. Please check back regularly to avail the best discounts. If you subscribe to The Yarn Artisan Store, I will send you email notifications regarding upcoming discounts and sales. So please subscribe.
