Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policies

The Yarn Artisan Store is your go-to store for handmade macramé earrings necklaces bracelets. The following are the store cancellation, returns, and refund policies.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may choose to cancel a pre-paid order within 24 hours of order confirmation by contacting me at 9944952710 via WhatsApp. COD orders are shipped only after order confirmation is given via a phone call. A refund of your total order amount minus payment gateway charges (5% of total order value) will be initiated within 24 hours of receipt of the WhatsApp message. 

NOTE: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, they cannot be cancelled and the return and refund policy rules apply (see below).

POLICY FOR CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

I DO NOT take returns/cancellations/refunds for customized orders and made-to-order items (orders with products that have been altered in any way (size, color, type, and nature of raw materials, etc.). A lot of creator-customer (me and you) discussion goes on before I make such orders and so it is taken for granted that both parties are in approval. Also customized orders ARE by default pre-paid orders and NO COD will be available for these orders.

PRODUCT RETURNS AND REFUNDS

ONLY for non-customized items (products purchased exactly as they are in the website without any changes or alterations needed), in the rare occasion that your purchase does not satisfy you, I gladly take returns as long as it is initiated within 48 hours from the date of receiving your purchase. Please send me a WhatsApp message.

Process for Return Initiation:

Please contact me on Whatsapp 9944952710 to initiate a return. For pre-paid orders, returns can be initiated immediately upon request. For COD orders, returns will be initiated only after the initial COD amount is received (this takes up to 4 days from the day of COD payment). You can also choose to initiate return directly through the courier partner via shiprocket. 

Return Process:

Once the return process has been initiated, you are responsible for shipping the product (in the original package with invoice and freebies intact). To make the process easy, make sure your parcel is well packed and the address label is clearly visible. This is your responsibility. Your refund can be processed only when the parcel reaches me in good condition. Once the package is received and quality check is performed, you will receive a email providing you with the Refund-code (within 48 hours of receiving the package). You can use this code in your next order. The Refund-code will be your initial order value minus 5% transaction fees
