Shipping & Delivery

1. How long will my order take for delivery?

I ship all over India. COD available.

Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, etc.): 2-4 Days*

Tier 2 Cities: 3-5 Days*

Rest of India: 4-7 Days*

Express Delivery: 48-72 Hours* (Wherever Applicable - No guarantee) Extra charges apply*

2. How can I track my order?

As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and an active link to track it live. You will also receive periodic Whatsapp updates on your phone. We urge you to enter your email id and provide a valid WhatsApp enabled phone number while placing the order to get all updates related to your order without delay.

3. I missed collecting my order package? What do I do now?

Not to Worry! Your order delivery will be attempted a total of 3 times. So if you missed it on the first time, you can get it when the courier attempts delivery again. Please be aware that the courier may try to contact you over phone in case of address anomalies.

4. Which courier service do you use for shipping?

I use reputed couriers like DTDC, Delhivery, Ecart Express, Xpressbees etc. for shipping. The name of the courier will be sent to you along with the tracking details in the Email and WhatsApp notifications.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes I do. I work with a courier partner who specializes in international shipment through DHL, Aramex, etc. Please contact me through my Instagram DM or message me at 91-9944952710 to discuss charges. Charges vary by the type of courier, the weight of the shipment, and the time for delivery.

6. How long do international shipments take to arrive at the destination?

This depends on the type of courier and the delivery package you choose. Typically, shipments take between 10 and 20 days to arrive. All customs charges are borne by the customer.

Payment Options & Charges

1. What are your online modes of payment?

The website is integrated with CCAvenue payment gateway. You can pay using any of the wide variety of payments modes like Debit card, Credit card, Net banking, UPI, GPay, PayTM and Wallets that are supported through CCAvenue.

International cards are accepted. Paypal is also available for International customers.

2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) service available?

Yes. COD is available for all orders up to ₹3000. A cash handling charge of ₹100 will be charged for all COD orders.

COD is available only for domestic orders (within INDIA).

3. What to do if the money gets debited and order confirmation is not received?

Do not worry! Your money is safe. It would be either credited to us or back to you.

Please check your bank account for the next 10 mins, if the deducted amount is not reversed, please send me a WhatsApp message on 91-9944952710 with your transaction details along with your name and email id that was used while attempting to place the order. I will check the details and will get back to you within 24hours.

4. Are there any other hidden charges?

There are no hidden charges applied for any purchase on our website. All the charges will be shown to you clearly before you make the payment.

Order Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

1. Is my product covered by the Returns Policy?

If you have purchased items from the website exactly as they are shown (no customization done), then you can return the item. You have to intimate me by sending a message 91-9944952710 by WhatsApp.

2. Why can't i return a custom order?

For custom orders I spend a lot of time and effort to discuss all the aspects of the order with you prior to starting work. I also provide daily updates on progress including images. Therefore custom orders (which have been made specifically for you from scratch, or modified from existing store items) CANNOT be returned.

3. How do i initiate the return process?

Please intimate me through a WhatsApp message on 91-9944952710 within 48 hours of receiving your order package.

In your return request, please include
1. photographs of the product(s) you wish to return.
2. reason for return.

I will process the request within 24hours.

4. In case of return, who will do the shipping of the products?

In all cases you are responsible for sending the product back to us in its proper condition. Include all the package contents (including the invoice and freebies given, if any).

Once i receive the product and check quality, the refund process will be initiated.

5. How will I get my refund?

We initiate refund once the returned product has reached us in their proper condition along with the tags.

You will be receiving your Refund-Code within 48 hours of return received. You can use this code on your next order checkout.

6. Can I return just part of my order?

Yes, absolutely. For example, if you had purchased 2 items and wish to return just 1, you can do that as well. The same return policy and processes apply as before.

7. How can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, no order cancellation requests are accepted.

For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping.

Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full if you choose to receive a Refund-Code against your order.

In case you choose for monetary refund for your prepaid order, then the refund will be issued to your original payment mode after 5% deduction for Payment Gateway charges.

Store Products

1. Why are your products so expensive?

All the products are created with the most premium quality raw materials and I spend hours making them. The price of each product reflect the labour and the expenses I incur in creating them. These prices are final and cannot be negotiated.

2. How is the quality of your products?

Every single item on The Yarn Artisan Store are made from scratch either by me (macrame jewellery) or by talented Karigars (bead jewellery). We pride ourselves in using the best quality raw materials (nylon and nylon-polyester threads, glass beads etc.) to ensure that you receive the highest quality jewellery.

3. Do you have a physical shop?

We are an online store only and sell only through our website www.blingbag.co.in. We do not have any branches, sub stores, agents or physical stores.

4. Will I get the exact same product as shown on the website?

Yes. Absolutely. All our products are shot under natural lighting (I do my own photography) to give you the best and right product images. Also, all the details of the product are mentioned in the Description Section of every product page.

5. Do you provide any life-time guarantees for the products?

Being a fashion jewellery item, there are no guarantees as regards how long the product shall live. However, if the simple and minimal care instructions (provided on every product page) are followed, the products will last for a long time. So products which do not have any metal in them can last for years with proper maintenance.

Classes & Raw Materials

1. Do you conduct any classes?

Managing my business and household responsibilities takes all my time right now. So NO, there are no classes at the present time.

2. Where can we get the threads and other raw materials you use?

If you need any of the threads I use, let me know and I shall procure them for you.

3. Can you give me the vendor details from where you get your raw materials ?

My raw materials are sourced from several vendors whom I have found and perfected over the years. I WILL NOT give this information to anyone.
