- All COD orders require order confirmation through a phone call (I shall call you).
- Customized or made-to-order items are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, and are always pre-paid.
- Returns for non-customized items must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery through WhatsApp; COD returns start only after payment is received.
- Customers must ship returned items in original condition, and refunds are issued as a discount code (minus 5% transaction fees) for use on future purchases.

- Shipping is free for prepaid orders over ₹999; otherwise, a ₹100 shipping fee applies.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to ₹2000 with a ₹100 COD fee added at checkout.
