HOW BIG IS IT?

The pendant is an oval, 3.5 inches by 2 inches. The dori runs to 25 inches on each side including the extension. The earrings are oval, 1 inch wide and 1.2 inches long.

IS IT HEAVY?

No. The whole set weighs 64 g — the body is cotton fabric and beads, not metal or stone. It is the heaviest set in this collection, and still less than a slim metal chain.

CAN I ADJUST THE LENGTH?

Yes. The dori runs to 25 inches on each side including the extension, so you can wear it high on the collarbone or sitting lower, depending on the neckline.

WHAT IS IT MADE OF?

Black cotton fabric with a green oval appliqued over it and a hand-shaped clay leaf in yellow and orange set on top, backed in black fabric, with wooden beads along the dori. The earring wires are metal, so this is not a metal-free piece.

WHAT IS APPLIQUE?

One piece of fabric laid and fixed onto another rather than printed onto it. Here a green oval sits on a black ground, which gives the pendant a visible second level before the clay leaf goes on at all.

WILL THE CLAY CHIP?

The clay motifs are shaped, dried and painted by hand, then set onto the fabric. They take ordinary wear, but a hard knock against a hard edge is what to avoid, and they should not be stored under anything heavy.

CAN I WASH IT?

No. This is cotton fabric over a worked base, so it cannot be washed, soaked or wiped with a damp cloth. Keep it dry.

WILL THE FABRIC FRAY?

Every edge is turned and the back is closed with black fabric, so no cut edge is left exposed. Keep it away from velcro and anything with a rough weave.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR IT WITH?

Handloom and linen — a cotton saree, a plain kurta, anything in an undyed or earth tone. It is the wrong piece for a synthetic shine. Send me a photo of your outfit on WhatsApp at 91-9944952710 and I will tell you honestly whether it works.

HOW DO I CARE FOR IT?

Keep away from water entirely — do not wash, soak or wipe with a damp cloth
Apply perfume and hairspray first, and let them dry before wearing

Two ovals and a leaf, each one sitting on the one below it. The inner oval has to be cut a hair smaller than it looks like it should be, because fabric edges thicken when they are turned under — get it wrong and the green either swallows the ground or floats in the middle of it.

The set weighs 64 grams, the heaviest in this collection, which is still less than a slim metal chain. The back is closed with black fabric, and wooden beads run along both sides of a dori that adjusts to 25 inches.

Earthy and unhurried. A linen kurta, a handloom saree, a working day that does not need jewellery but is better with it. Also made in maroon.

Customized or made-to-order items are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, and are always pre-paid.

Yes. You get exactly the same product that you order. Boxing video or image of the chosen product will be sent to you at the time of packing so you can be assured that you get what you ordered.

What beads do you use in your bead jewellery?

In my bead jewellery category, ONLY imported Preciosa Glass seed beads ranging from 1mm to 3mm sizes are used.

Will the colours of the beads fade or run?

The colours are part of the glass that makes the bead. It is NOT coated. So the colours will not run. They will not fade even after repeated use.

Will this jewellery be comfortable? Will it tarnish?

Since both macrame and bead jewellery on the website use minimal metal, tarnishing is NEVER EVEN a problem.

Macrame jewellery is made with thread and is very light weight and comfortable. The jewellery becomes more pliable with wear and so it becomes more comfortable to wear with repeated use.

How long will this jewellery last?

With the right care, macrame and bead jewellery can last for years. I personally have pieces that are over 7 years old (as of 2026). I have customers who still send me pictures of them wearing the jewellery a year or more after purchasing it.

How long will delivery take and do you ship internationally?

Bead jewellery are shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation. Macrame jewellery are typically made to order and take between 3-10 business days depending on the size of the order.

Delivery within Tamil Nadu takes between 1-2 business days.
Delivery to other Metro cites take between 2-4 business days.
Delivery to all other locations take between 3-5 business days.
