WHAT IS IN THE SRAGVI SET?

Three pieces — the collar, matching hook dangler earrings and a matching bracelet. All three carry the same wave.

HOW LONG IS THE NECKLACE?

The collar is 14 inches end to end and about 1.2 inches wide, with a lobster clasp and metal extension ring. The bracelet is about 7 inches with an extension chain and lobster clasp. Earrings are 2 inches long and 1 inch wide.

IS IT ADJUSTABLE?

Yes. Both the collar and the bracelet have an extension, so there is room to adjust either way.

IS IT HEAVY?

No. The full set — collar, earrings and bracelet together — weighs 56 g, the lightest of the four Sragvi colours.

WHAT GIVES IT THE WAVY SURFACE?

Each row uses beads of a different size. That makes some parts of the design bulge and others dip, so the surface rises and falls along the length. Nothing is padded or shaped underneath — the form comes from the beads alone.

HOW DOES IT FASTEN?

The collar and bracelet close with a lobster clasp and extension chain. The earrings are hook danglers.

The wave is made by the beads themselves. Each row uses beads of a different size, so some parts of the design bulge and others dip, and the surface rises and falls along the whole length of the collar. Nothing is padded or shaped underneath — the form comes entirely from the bead sizes and the order they are worked in. The earrings and bracelet carry the same wave, so the three pieces read as one piece of work rather than a matched set.

Will i get the same product/colours as in the image?

Yes. You get exactly the same product that you order. Boxing video or image of the chosen product will be sent to you at the time of packing so you can be assured that you get what you ordered.

What beads do you use in your bead jewellery?

In my bead jewellery category, ONLY imported Preciosa Glass seed beads ranging from 1mm to 3mm sizes are used.

Will the colours of the beads fade or run?

The colours are part of the glass that makes the bead. It is NOT coated. So the colours will not run. They will not fade even after repeated use.

Will this jewellery be comfortable? Will it tarnish?

Since both macrame and bead jewellery on the website use minimal metal, tarnishing is NEVER EVEN a problem.

Macrame jewellery is made with thread and is very light weight and comfortable. The jewellery becomes more pliable with wear and so it becomes more comfortable to wear with repeated use.

How long will this jewellery last?

With the right care, macrame and bead jewellery can last for years. I personally have pieces that are over 7 years old (as of 2026). I have customers who still send me pictures of them wearing the jewellery a year or more after purchasing it.

How long will delivery take and do you ship internationally?

Bead jewellery are shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation. Macrame jewellery are typically made to order and take between 3-10 business days depending on the size of the order.

Delivery within Tamil Nadu takes between 1-2 business days.
Delivery to other Metro cites take between 2-4 business days.
Delivery to all other locations take between 3-5 business days.

Do you offer returns & exchanges?

Yes. Returns and exchanges are offered on select products in case of damage or wrong product being shipped. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
