- Apply perfume and sprays first, and let them dry before wearing
- Remove before bathing, swimming or heavy sweating
- Do not wash, soak or tug at the knots
- Store dry and flat, ideally in a soft pouch
One motif repeated ten times across the necklace and twice in the earrings, with plum-coloured beads through it.
Repetition is harder than it sounds. Ten copies of the same motif have to be identical, and any that is a knot wider sits out of line with the nine beside it. Six hours and thirty metres of cord per set.
The necklace has no metal in it at all — the extension dory is knotted by hand and closes with a sliding knot, so the only metal in the set is the ear hooks. Forty grams.

- Pre-paid orders may be cancelled within 24h of order placement. A 5% payment gateway charge will apply.
- All COD orders require order confirmation through a phone call (I shall call you).
- Customized or made-to-order items are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, and are always pre-paid.
- Returns/replacements for non-customized items must be initiated within 48h of delivery through WhatsApp. COD returns/replacements can be initiated only after payment is received.
- For damaged products, an unboxing video is required. Once verified, The Yarn Artisan Store bears all return and replacement shipping costs.
- For preference-based returns/replacements (including change of mind or choosing a different design/colour), no unboxing video is required. A 5% transaction charge + ₹100 return shipping charge applies. For replacements, an additional ₹100 replacement shipping charge and any difference in product value will also apply.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging, invoice and freebies intact.
- For eligible preference-based returns, no cash refund is provided. Refunds are issued as a store credit/discount code, after applicable charges, for use on future purchases.

- Shipping is free for prepaid orders over ₹999; otherwise, a ₹100 shipping fee applies.
